A lifelong political organiser, Matthew began his career in the UK Youth Parliament and has built a reputation as a highly effective campaigner, with a track record of winning elections across London, the Midlands, and beyond.

He was Campaign Manager for Bob Blackman CBE MP's 2024 General Election win, transforming the campaign from a 1% Exit Poll prediction into one of the safest Conservative seats in the country, which he documents in his debut book, A Blueprint. He also managed 2 winning Conservative seats in the 2025 county council elections in Reform UK dominated areas. His track record includes winning elections others considered unwinnable.

Matthew has contributed to successful campaigns across all major political formats, including local, PCC, Mayoral, London Assembly, and parliamentary elections. He brings deep domain knowledge of political organising, field operations, and grassroots mobilisation, and has worked directly with senior political figures.

Matthew was the youngest Councillor ever elected in the London Borough of Harrow, a title since passed to our Media Director, Gabriele. He was also formerly the youngest Association Chair.

Mo started her career across finance and technology, in highly technical roles at Wellington Management, IBM, and the GSMA. At Wellington, she managed technical integration, reporting automation, dashboard design, and investment data for a global asset management platform. She then took a two-thirds pay cut to leave the private sector for the House of Commons, where she met her co-founders while working on Bob Blackman CBE MP's re-election campaign. Together they launched GetElected to scale the systems, talent, and strategy behind that campaign's success. She is now Finance and Operations Manager at Plug Capital, working across venture capital and private equity.

Mo holds a BSc in Theoretical Physics from KCL and an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). A first-generation immigrant and the only woman in every professional team she has been part of, she has won scholarships from GCHQ, the Arkwright Engineering Trust, the Newton Venture Programme, and City University.

She leads GetElected with deep operational insight, technical fluency, and a sharp sense of risk and adaptability, and drives the company's commercial and financial strategy.

MEDIA DIRECTOR | CPO

Gabriele is an AI-native media strategist, product thinker, and videographer with extensive experience creating digital-first content for political and public sector clients. He has led media production and digital messaging for Bob Blackman CBE MP, Cllr Craig Smith, and Cllr Marcus Jones, bringing a creative and strategic edge to high-impact political communications.

Beyond politics, he has developed innovative products and campaigns for organisations including St Thomas' Hospital, where he applied design thinking to medical physics product design and computer-aided design and manufacturing.

At GetElected, he leads SaaS product development, marketing, and UX and web development, building scalable training products, overseeing social media strategy, and translating campaign messaging into compelling digital formats. He also onboards digital freelancers and leads affiliate and vendor partnerships across the platform.

In May 2026 he was elected as a Conservative Councillor for Greenhill ward in the London Borough of Harrow.

Gabriele holds a BA in Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
